- Remove debris from AC unit(s) and drain holes.
- Clean, straighten AC condenser and evaporator coils.
- Test compressor and capacitors to verify they are within specifications.
- Clean air intake filters

- Inspect overall condition of your water heater
- Inspect gas line seal, reseal if necessary
- Test electric heating element (If accessible)
- Clean and inspect burn chamber
- Clean, flush sediment and debris from the water tank
- Replace anode rod (Suburban Brand)
- Replace plastic drain plug (Atwood/Dometic)
- Refill and test operation
