• Inspect overall condition of your AC unit(s).
• Remove debris from AC unit(s) and drain holes.
• Clean, straighten AC condenser and evaporator coils.
• Test compressor and capacitors to verify they are within specifications.
• Clean air intake filters

Service Call Fee plus $200

• Inspect overall condition of your water heater
• Inspect gas line seal, reseal if necessary
• Test electric heating element (If accessible)
• Clean and inspect burn chamber
• Clean, flush sediment and debris from the water tank
• Replace anode rod (Suburban Brand)
• Replace plastic drain plug (Atwood/Dometic)
• Refill and test operation

De-Winterization - Service Call Fee plus $200
